Ta Promh

I've always wanted to be Lara Croft. Ta Promh was my chance. This is the ancient temple that she went to while looking for the entrance to the hidden cavern.

The trees are growing up, in and around the buildings. In some cases they are literally holding them up. It's eerie and beautiful.

TJ is not angry, just still ill. Promise.

There is a lot of restoration work going on which is a bit of a shame. But at the same time probably necessary since most of it looks very unsafe.

As we slowly, slowly walked down the shady road to get to Ta Promh there was a band playing. It was so magical and the music was lively and lovely.

I mean, just look at those trees!!! AMAZING!

Sadly, the Cambodia Illness That Was caught up with us after about an hour and we had to head back to the hotel to rest again for another day. Mercy, we were so so glad when we finally felt better.

Cham Towers

Aside from the beach I'm pretty sure the Cham towers is the best bit about Nha Trang. The buildings were incredible, old and obviously made and restored with love.

You know those days when the sunlight is perfect and all seems right with the world, even though you're still hot and sweaty? Yup that was this day.
